The ooVoo Mobile app allows users to video chat with friends from mobile phones such as the Samsung Epic. When you video chat on the app, you can take advantage of the phone's front-facing camera. The chat is held using your phone's cellular data or Wi-Fi connection. If your phone's data plan does not include unlimited data, you may incur charges for data usage while making video calls in ooVoo.
1.Launch the ooVoo application on your Samsung Epic mobile phone. If the app is not installed on your phone, you can download it from the Android Market. When the installation completes, an icon for the application will be added to the Epic's expanded home screen.
2.Sign into your account. Register for an account if this is your first time using ooVoo. You will need to provide your email address to register for an account.

Tap “Contacts” and then tap the contact with whom you want to video chat.
4.Tap “ooVoo Call” and wait for the person to accept your request to video chat. If the contact if offline, the option to place a call will be grayed out.
